Caymanian Petition for a People's Initiated Referendum

CPR Cayman is a grassroots initiative by concerned citizens who believe that the issue of the proposed Cruise Berthing Facility (CBF) is a matter of national importance and the financial, socio-economic and environmental costs should be examined and weighed carefully by the people of the Cayman Islands.

The aim of this petition is to satisfy section 70 of the Cayman Islands Constitution (2009) to start a people-initiated referendum, via petition, on whether or not the country should move forward with the proposed Cruise Berthing Facility in George Town Harbour.
